We learned the beach game last year. This year, we live on the sand.

In 2026, camp split time between the field and the beach. For 2027, all three camp days move to Little Elm Beach—or a comparable nearby beach venue—before our SOLO teams head south for a full two-day tournament in Galveston.

The week builds to the weekend

Tuesday to Sunday

Camp runs Tuesday–Thursday, families travel Friday, and tournament play runs Saturday–Sunday. Exact dates follow the organizer's weekend announcement.

SOLO handles the camp and team entry. Families keep control of how they travel and where they stay.

When is the 2027 tournament?

Beach Blitz Soccer Resort has not published the 2027 Galveston weekend yet. We expect either May 29–30 or June 5–6, 2027. Camp will run Tuesday through Thursday immediately before the selected weekend, with Friday reserved for travel.

Can my player register with a friend?

Yes. Add the friend's name during registration. We prioritize placing friends together whenever roster space and the final organizer division allow. Large or late friend groups may need to be split, so register early.

What if my player does not have a friend joining?

No problem. We will place the player with teammates or on an age-appropriate SOLO roster. Nobody needs to arrive with a group.

Is this a DKSC or club-team event?

No. This is an independent SOLO Soccer camp and tournament experience. Registering is like joining any other SOLO camp; it is not a DKSC or club-team registration.

Are lodging and transportation included?

No. Families arrange and pay for travel and lodging separately. SOLO will pursue a coordinated hotel option, and families may also choose to share a beach house.

Is a parent waiver required?

Yes. A parent or legal guardian completes one 2027 participant waiver for each player before camp or tournament play. The optional photo and video choice is separate, and declining media permission does not affect participation.
