Questions families ask.

Do I need a verified score to start?: No. Every plan is available from day one without an event, identity paperwork, or a transcript. Your profile design and plan features start when you subscribe. Normal account and family privacy controls still apply.
Does each plan have a different profile?: Yes. Basic is a personal player card. Prospect adds a dedicated recruiting layout, player story, and featured film. Pro uses the editorial design with a larger media archive. Elite uses the cinematic design with custom presentation. Your selected plan opens in its matching design during onboarding.
When does billing start?: Your selected monthly or annual plan is charged at checkout and renews at that interval. Adding a SOLO Score event entry is a separate one-time purchase. Cancel anytime; paid access continues through the paid billing period.
What does the $189 SOLO Score option include?: One guaranteed entry to a future in-person SOLO Scoring Event. Add it with any plan or purchase it on its own, then choose your event later. Your score and Verified Score badge appear after you attend and results are released.
Can I purchase an entry at the time of the event?: Yes, if the event is not sold out. Adding an entry now guarantees one future event entry; you choose the date and location when you register for an available event.
Can I keep my event entry if I cancel my subscription?: Yes. Your purchased event entry is separate from recurring profile access. An unused entry stays with the player when the subscription ends.
How are emails and schools counted?: A campaign is one message sent to selected coaches. Each coach receives a separate email; two coaches at one school count as two recipients. Prospect includes 4 campaigns with up to 10 coaches each (40 recipient emails). Pro includes 10 with up to 20 (200 recipient emails). Elite includes unlimited campaigns with up to 50 coaches each. The school count cannot exceed the recipient limit.
What does Elite automate?: With your authorization, Recruiting Autopilot sends a pre-weekend schedule and a post-weekend highlight update when the required schedule and film are ready. Build a list of up to 50 target schools; SOLO uses one current eligible contact per school. You control the list and can pause it. Replies and unsubscribes stop automatic follow-ups.
What happens to my score if I change plans?: A released score is a dated event result, separate from the subscription. Changing plans does not turn an unverified player into a verified athlete or erase their event result.
Are existing offers changing?: Existing subscriptions and private lifetime offers keep their recorded purchase terms. Contact SOLO for changes to an existing plan or for family combinations that require a billing review.
