Does SOLO guarantee a scholarship, admission, or a roster place?+
No. Those decisions belong to colleges, coaches, admissions offices, and the player. SOLO helps organize proof, presentation, outreach, and recruiting visibility. It cannot guarantee interest, admission, playing time, athletic aid, or any college or professional outcome.
Then what advantage am I actually buying?+
A better-run process: a credible performance signal, a recruiting-focused player home, current schedule and film, trackable campaigns, and clearer engagement data. Elite adds a custom presentation, up to 50 coaches per manual campaign, an authorized weekly route for up to 50 Target Schools, and deeper identified attention when the data is available.
What does ‘lifetime’ mean?+
You do not pay SOLO again every month or every year for the Pro or Elite plan purchased here, and your Founders plan includes admission to upcoming SOLO Scoring Combines for life. The profile remains live on mysolo.id and playsolo.soccer for life. An Elite custom domain is included for year one; after that, keeping that optional domain active costs $39 per year. Continued service remains subject to SOLO’s Terms, account standing, privacy choices, event eligibility and capacity, and product availability.
Why is Elite only $300 more than Pro?+
Pro is already priced close to the lowest responsible lifetime price for its campaign limits and tracking. The Founders Invitation is designed to put the strongest value into Elite: a developer-built custom profile, matching domain and email, Recruiting Autopilot, 50 coaches per campaign, deeper coach-attention analytics, a SOLO-event custom highlight, and three individual-event retests in addition to lifetime combine admission.
Is Elite really normally almost $3,000 a year?+
The current standard Elite prices are $249 per month or $2,400 when purchased annually. Paying the monthly rate for 12 months totals $2,988. Prices can change in the future; this invitation compares against the current published price, not an invented crossed-out number.
Will SOLO email coaches without us knowing?+
Elite Autopilot requires family authorization and current schedule, film, consent, and a current eligible contact at each routed Target School. The family can pause the workflow or edit Target Schools. Replies and unsubscribes are respected. Pro campaigns are launched by the family and do not include automatic follow-up.
Does SOLO automatically import my Hudl, Veo, or Trace footage?+
Do not assume that. You can upload permitted clips or add supported display links. A provider name on the page is not a promise of an automated connection. SOLO should only describe direct importing or syncing when that provider connection is live and authorized for your account.
Will every college coach see a highlight posted to the feed?+
No. Eligible, approved highlights can appear in SOLO’s signed-in community, subject to consent, safety, and review controls. The feed creates another discovery surface; it does not guarantee national distribution, a particular audience, or coach attention.
Can I really see which coaches looked at the profile?+
Elite can show identified coach activity, profile time, sections viewed, and published film watched when SOLO can reliably identify the viewer and collect that activity. Anonymous visits or blocked tracking cannot be attributed. Pro shows aggregate profile and campaign results instead.
Are assistant coaches included?+
Elite manual campaigns can use available head, assistant, operations, and recruiting staff records. Autopilot routes one current eligible contact per Target School, preferring an eligible head coach. Directory coverage varies by program, and no plan promises that every school or staff member has a current deliverable record.
What happens when my player accepts an offer or finishes college?+
The lifetime profile does not have to disappear when high school recruiting ends. It can continue as a record of the player’s work and next chapter, subject to the Terms and available features. Commitment markers or future professional-recruiting tools should be treated as included only when they are live and listed in the purchased entitlement.
How do Klarna or Afterpay payments work?+
If an eligible installment method is enabled and available, it will appear inside the secure checkout. The provider—not SOLO—decides approval, schedule, rates, fees, and repayment terms. Review those terms carefully. If the option does not appear, it is not available for that purchase.
Is my place reserved because I opened this private link?+
No. The link lets an invited family review the offer. A founding place is claimed only after an eligible checkout is completed, payment is confirmed, and live inventory accepts the purchase. Do not use a static counter as proof of availability.
How does the Founders Results Program refund work?+
It is intended for eligible Elite families who follow the full written program for at least 12 months and reach the end of high school without an offer to play college soccer. The final terms linked at checkout define eligibility, required steps, what counts as an offer, documentation, deadlines, exclusions, injury claims, and review. Those written terms—not this summary—control.
What if my player is seriously injured?+
A documented catastrophic or career-ending injury may qualify under the written Elite program terms if the player was otherwise eligible and following the process. Medical evidence, timing, exclusions, and the claim procedure apply. It is not an automatic, no-documentation refund.
Why should we act now?+
Because the Founders Invitation is a live-inventory offer for 50 completed, eligible purchases—not a recurring sale. Once verified inventory is gone or the private token closes, the lifetime choice closes. Standard recurring plans may still be available afterward.
