This is SOLO. In-person training, tracked.
No fancy facility
We don't train at a “gym facility.” We train at the park, on a soccer field, where you can actually build functional fitness and real soccer skills.
We aren't fancy. We're just effective.
The problem
Talent only takes you so far.
Every high-level player hits the same wall. The pace gets faster. The defenders get smarter. The window to receive, turn, and finish keeps shrinking. The gap between the players who keep climbing and the ones who plateau comes down to one thing. What they do with the hours nobody's watching.
Club practice is the floor, not the ceiling. Two team sessions a week and a Saturday game keeps you sharp. It doesn't push you past the player you are right now. The next level is built on extra reps, deliberate work, and a body that can hold its quality deep into the 80th minute.

The player who keeps pulling away isn't the most talented one.

The method
One hour. All-out.
One hour a morning, because one hour before the day starts is all we need. Anything longer and we aren't working hard enough. It is the most intense hour of the day, on purpose. We train four things every single morning, and after four weeks players are in the best shape of their lives.
Endurance
A gas tank that still works in the 80th minute. Tempo work and lung-clearing finishers, measured by a timed mile on day one and again at the end.
Speed
Straight-line top speed off the line, then the same sprint with the ball at your feet. We put both 40-yard times on the clock so you can watch them drop.
Quickness & power
First-step burst, change of pace and direction, deceleration. A 60-second footwork battery and the T-dribble score it, and shot speed measures the power behind it.
Technique & moves
Over 25 moves and turns drilled until they're automatic. Scissors, pull-backs, step-overs, the change of direction that buys a yard. First touch under pressure, every rep.
The deal is simple. Give us one hard hour before the day starts. We'll give you back a faster, fitter, sharper player in four weeks. Home by 8:15, long before club practice, summer jobs, or anything else on the calendar.
